Recently, the Roysambu site of the Phase I Housing Project for the Kenya Ministry of Defence, undertaken by China Railway No.10 Engineering Group under CREC, was completed and officially handed over.
The project is a strategic livelihood initiative of the Kenyan government, with a total construction area of 118,000 square meters and comprising 3,069 residential units. With a contractual construction period of 24 months, the project faced multiple challenges including large construction scale, tight schedule, and complex resource coordination.
Upon completion, the Kenya Ministry of Defence Housing Project will provide a comfortable, safe, and convenient living environment for military personnel and their families, further improving their living conditions and quality of life.
